When people say there is no database of immunization records, I try to inform them of how easily this all ends. Here is the text I could not post on his substack,

I've written for 2.5 years or more than any state that correlates their state IIS to their state vital records or medicare medicaid database will yield enough cases to close out this vx forever.
It's that easy. I have a lawsuit on appeal in the First to do this correlation. I have a bill written to enable data transparency in another state. I am trying to get before the FL grand jury with a document that will be served upon FDA CDC NIH as notice of criminal liability. They must cure in a reasonable time after receipt, else be criminally liable. I'll name-redact it and publish it in December along with my other publication. My book is "The Real CdC - PUBLIC HEALTH CRIMES 2020 - 2022" and the other document is "The CDC Memorandum" "
This is SO Valuable to the whole world John, my sincere thanks. I am a "minno" campared to you John, but I still harbor a deep and sincere passion to use all of my resources to expose the crimes and the criminals of these last three years. I am an enthusiastic follower (and so are my followers) as of today.
You may want to read my first two short articles. It was important for me to establish a moral foundation before getting into data and case studies. I still refer to this as a Death Lottery. It handles the "well, I got it and nothing happened to me" retort from many people. They participate in a random chance murder death lottery and don't even know it because they do not consider the moral calculus.
John, your presentation last night on VSRF was unbelievably riveting. My jaw dropped and stayed there for the entire presentation. You filled in so many gaps that had been missing, and exposed such extreme greed and evil. Your resilience in these endeavors seems superhuman. There's very good work finally coming out on the 9/11 lie as well. Building 7 collapse was controlled demolition, and any mechanical or civil engineer that studies it know the truth.
I have a similar situation with the DPH in MA. Had they not dismissed the case would you have been entitled to discovery? I have a mag telling me to file a public records request on an active case about to go to hearing. I was called a conspiracy theorist by an official and want to prove my facts were solid.
They may delay the PRR (Public Records Request) response until the case is over. I think they have 10 days to get back to you. They'll get back to you on day 10 and say they're working on it.
yes, if you get past a Motion to Dismiss, the next step is a Discovery scheduling order. In Discovery, you get Admissions (probably none), Interrogatories (written questions you ask), Request for production of documents, and Depositions. All of those have limits of time and people. You can't ask for too much.
We only got records from MA and MN. Biggest trove of data in the world though. No one else besides my circle of friends have this. No one has been able to traverse variables like we have. It's in my book and in The CDC Memorandum. Both due out in weeks. And by the way, yes, MA is the most fraudulent state for a reason. Money. But that's just how they got it rolling. There are other reasons of control.
It was also one of earliest and hardest-hit states. Medieval hospital protocols killed a lot of people; milder variants and less invasive/harmful protocols were around after the spring of 2020.

I strongly suspect many/most of the deaths were due to hospital protocols -- namely, refusing to treat symptoms as they typically would have for any other respiratory illness and unnecessarily/prematurely putting people on ventilators. About 80% of those poor souls died.
There's no denying that there was a huge spike in deaths in March/April of 2020, the tail end of flu season in MA, mostly among the very elderly. I was tracking deaths by age until MA changed the way they were reported. Up until that time, more people over 100 years of age (2% of the population) died than people under 50 (about 65% of the population), and no one under 30 had died of covid. There was no doubt, even in April 2020, that the kids should have been back in school.
Reported covid deaths MA peaked on April 24, 2020. Masks were not mandated until May. So what was MA truly "hit" by? -- I'd say a nasty case of nanny-statism that, unlike viruses which weaken as they mutate, morphed into a much more dangerous case of authoritarianism.
A recent study out of NY suggested the peak COVID deaths in March/April 2020 were coding deaths. Fraud for cash. John is uncovering this phenomenon in MA. Coding fraud is SOP in healthcare. Often it is done to help patients get reimbursements. Just as often it is done to help providers get reimbursements. This was essentially a cash transfer program from treasury to favored constituents in blue states.

I have the same question about Minnesota. Why was this state also chosen?
Because they could get the data. New York was way worse, but they are not publishing the details.
I think someone got a hold of their data and gave it to John.
John has a lawsuit there that allows for discovery. He gets actual death certificate data.
My case was dismissed before discovery. I'm on appeal now. The records were obtained via state FOIA. But you were close. ;-)
