Willing to Confer
My response to the MA AGO e-mail to confer before filing Motion to Dismiss
I’ve been quite busy with many things and haven’t gotten to a substack in a while. So, I’ll post the email exchange with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. I don’t think there’s anything priveleged about it. Her e-mail is standard stuff. My e-mail is my choice to print. So, here you go - something to read after my long absence from substack.

On behalf of the defendants, I intend to file a motion seeking to dismiss your First Amended Complaint. The federal court’s local rules require that, before filing such a motion, I confer with you to see if it’s possible to resolve or narrow the issues presented to the Court. Inasmuch as I will be asking the Court to dismiss your First Amended Complaint on the ground, among others, that you lack standing to assert your claims and that the Court therefore lacks jurisdiction, I assume that you do not agree with my position and that there is not a basis for resolving or narrowing the issues, but, in order to comply with Local Rule 7.1(a)(2), I am sending this email to inquire.
Could you kindly respond by the end of the day today (Thursday, March 23) if possible?

Deputy Chief Spector,
I see no reason to assume we cannot resolve most of the issues presented to the Court given the "reasonable" man standard of behavior one would expect from all parties.
One issue: I cannot get into Law schools because of vax mandates born from misrepresentations in data put out by the Defendants.
Solution: Investigate the data for errors or misrepresentations and correct them.
Implementation scope: Investigation of 30 minutes work from a clerical person in MA DPH. Correction compelled thereafter by a legal duty to act.
1) In MIIS and Vital Records, look up the vaccination date of Brianna xxxx, 30yo. Was she vaccinated on or about March 30, 2021? Did she react right away? Was she brain dead in a few days and taken off life support in a couple weeks? (see EXHIBIT F page 13)
2) In MIIS and Vital Records, look up the vaccination date of Eden xxxx, 17yo. Was she vaccinated on or about May 23, 2021? Did she react right away? After continued headaches, did she die from a massive intracranial hemorrhagic stroke? (see EXHIBIT F page 14)
3) In MIIS and Vital Records, look up the vaccination date of Cassidy xxxx, 7yo. Was she vaccinated on or about January 13, 2022? Did she react right away? Did she die a few days later? If so, then correct the death certificate by removing "COVID" and adding the vaccine as the cause of death. (see EXHIBIT F page 18)
4) In MIIS and Vital Records, look up the vaccination date of Amaya xxxx, 12yo. Was she vaccinated on or about August 3, 2022? Did she react soon after? She died August 29, 2022 from a brain herniation type of stroke.
5) In MIIS and Vital Records, look up the vaccination date of Ian xxxx, 11yo. Was he vaccinated shortly before his death on December 3, 2022? Was his donated heart rejected because it was full of blood clots?
Five should be plenty to show the world the truth and get vaccine Law school mandates removed so that I can partake of a law education like any other person. If you need more to research, I can help you out.
Do the death certificates of these 5 young people reflect the true and factual root causes of their deaths? If not, then they are misrepresentations on public documents that cause others to line up for potential injury and death. They should be corrected.
Do some of the death certificates of these 5 young people list "covid" as a cause of death when covid had no causal relationship to the death? If there are misrepresentations regarding "covid" labeling, then they should be corrected.
If the AGO agrees to investigate and the MA DPH corrects the misrepresentations, then I am willing to drop some or all portions of the case.
If the AGO does not investigate, especially given the "notice" to the AGO throughout this case since August 23, 2022, and in a situation of a "legal duty to act" by agents of The Commonwealth including Defendants, then the inaction will be "deliberate indifference" to the risk of death of children and adults alike. "Reckless" inaction concomitant with a "legal duty to act" whereupon death subsequently results from the inaction rises to various homicide common law and state and federal statutes.
Federal, State, and County grand juries around the nation will be interested in the evidence of the present case should this not be resolved. Many others are presently endeavoring to bring this evidence before grand juries.
A misrepresentation is not a crime until there is knowledge that it is a misrepresentation by the actor. After that moment, if the actor does not correct the misrepresentation and has a duty to do so, then the act or inaction becomes criminal if others are subsequently injured or die in the causal chain of events.
I do hope that The Commonwealth takes this seriously. It is never going away. The truth will be known and will spread. It's better to get ahead of it. Your clients deserve to know the implications. And you are duty bound to tell your clients the individual criminal implications of continuing to hide the true and factual information from The People.
Ian Shumaker would be alive today if the prior AG or any of the Defendants had done their job upon being given notice through the filing of EXHIBIT F on August 23, 2022. Ian was an 11-year-old boy who had no risk from COVID-19. All it takes is a few minutes to validate the information in EXHIBIT F. I expect that people follow their legal duties to act. Executing the implementation plan is a mere few minutes work by a clerical person versus hundreds of hours by a team of state attorneys to defend clear misrepresentations.

And because I just can’t help myself, I must point out that the title “Deputy Chief” combined with her name “Spector” reminds me of Deputy Chief Inspector Clouseau.
Please enjoy the following video as a reminder that government corruption, incompetence, and malfeasance thrives while children die and are murdered. But we still must remain human in the face of tyranny. Tragedy must be met with comedy.
Good night all.
Demand TRUTH from government. TRUTH will solve everything.
