My sister in law overdosed from heroin/fentanyl in 2016. She was exactly the average age at 41. I agree that the loss of a child is inherently more devastating than the loss of a parent. My father put it best: "Children should ALWAYS outlive their parents." The lockdowns were inherently destructive to addicts of all stripes, many of whom kept themselves in check through jobs, schedules and community bonds that were all shattered. I am still wondering how many young people will lose their live to these horrible "vaccines," especially college aged ones who might have been required to take them to attend university. There is no pit in hell deep enough...
This is awful. We’re in Texas, so closer to the border problem than most. So many breaths are happening here DAILY. And you’re right, it isn’t simply a drug addict problem. Most of the deaths here that we hear of are from fentanyl laced « other » drugs -- cocaine, MDMA, heroin, etc.

Here's something to consider, because I like poking the bears: Maybe the reason mask wearing is futile in stopping a "virus" is because those "viruses" are actually exosomes. The idea is this: Exosomes are produced by the human body, when the body is already toxic in some way, to help the body clean itself. Think of them as tiny little garbage men. Sorry, but 163 Fentanyl deaths are not a bigger problem than 737 Covid deaths. Both are tragic. I agree that the continued focus on Covid is ridiculous. The solution to the drug epidemic? Stop using drugs -- except as prescribed and ONLY the prescribed amount and duration. PERIOD. Adults, youth, teens, everyone. Do not take substances from unverified sources.
I’m in BC Canada where we’ve always had higher fentanyl OD deaths than “with covid” deaths. It’s infuriating.
