Have not seen increase in retinal blood clots but much higher rates of shingles, bells palsy and demyelinating episodes of optic nerves in younger people who would not normally present with such problems

What kind of base data was this, and what question(s) were asked of the govt officials in the FOI? I'm thinking of trying to get this from the various Australian states (I live in Sydney, NSW).
